We are going to hold both the registration and Equipment Checkout process on 5 Specific Dates ONLY, which are:
Saturdays - July 7th, 14th, 21st (9am-2pm)
Tuesdays - July 10th & 17th (2-7pm)
To register, each participant must be in attendance, be between the ages of 7-15 (As of August 31, 2012), and MUST have ALL of the following documents present: Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency (Syracuse City Utility Bill Only), Proof of Health Insurance (or Insurance Waiver) and Physical Form (Current w/in 3 months). Also, the Registration and Equipment Checkout forms must be completely filled out.
Registraton Fee: $116 (Cash or Credit/Debit (Visa or Mastercard)).
