Welcome to the Syracuse Regional Museum!

The Syracuse Regional Museum celebrates and preserves the local history of the city of Syracuse and its early citizens.  The museum opened on May 10, 2002 after years of hard work by the dedicated members of the Syracuse Historical Committee.

Museum Mission

The museum, located near City Hall,  tells the story of the early social, economic, and cultural development of Syracuse and the surrounding areas. The museum complex consists of the Main Building, the Barn, the Waite Barbershop, and the historic Wilcox Cabin. The museum thanks the Syracuse Lions Club and the City of Syracuse for helping make this dream possible.
