The Administrative Services Director oversees the Finance Department, Human Resources, Information Technology, Insurance and Risk Management, Payroll, Post Office, and Utility Billing.

The Finance Department oversees all the financial functions of the city. This includes the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).
Human Resources includes payroll administration, benefits administration, hiring and onboarding new employees, employee recruitment and retention, policy and procedures manual oversight, and employee termination.
Information Technology is responsible for all the City’s networks, servers, computers, software programs, phone systems, internet connectivity, and system security.
Insurance & Risk Management
The Administrative Services Director oversees all insurance programs and risk management for the city. This includes the city's property insurance, auto insurance, general liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance.
The post office inside City Hall is a Contract Postal Unit (CPU) that is run by the City. Our CPU is staffed with city employees, not postal workers.
Utility Billing creates and maintains all customer utility accounts. Customers are billed monthly for usage of culinary water, sewer, garbage, secondary water, storm drain, street lighting, and park maintenance.
